The second suburban camp started with a rainy day and weather below 20C. Surprisingly, this did not deter many participants and, combined with the growing interest in our camps, 27 children + a few of our club members gathered. Although we did not want to exceed the originally set limit of riders, the children were disciplined and enjoyed the bike a lot, so it was manageable even for our main guardians and coaches.
Everything from pumptrack, flippers, obstacles to jumps for the bravest was discussed. On Thursday, there was also a Trial training for everyone who owns a Trial bike. Those who don't have one still had the opportunity to try the basics during one of the training sessions. The final race on the pumptrack was a drama until the end and a nice highlight for the entire camp, where improvements were visible in most riders. Every day, rides around the area to strengthen our physique were also on the agenda (although this is not our priority, unlike technique).
