We rode on several fronts practically the whole weekend. On Saturday, Martin Šimůnek and Míra Brunclík had a traditional Forestry Day at Česká Lípa. Michal Budský and Tobík Dolák, for a change, were racing on a folding set of obstacles as part of a children's day in Český Jiřetín. And the biggest team was Vlasta, Lukáš Valný and Nikolka Kabeláčová at one of the stops of the lEtape amateur road races with a crossing to welcome summer in Doudleby nad Orlicí.
lEtape was initially a small event and our job was to entertain the spectators until the main part of the program and the riders arrived. Of course, we also entertained the organizing team, whom we thank for their cooperation and hospitality. We had limited time and after the exhibition only a few minutes to clear the place and run away from the main peloton. Doudleby was a bigger type of event with a few hundred spectators, where we had space next to the main stage and we started both the exhibition, volunteers where the main star was a local history teacher, and the ribbon jumping competition, where there was a draw between a local football star and Vlasta in a great audience atmosphere.
