Another weekend in full swing. Friday was busy at the Mělnice Festival in the Podolí Park, which moved from the Mělnice waterfront. Two entries with 5 riders in a pleasant park environment were great. We also tested our new obstacle setup a little more and new dual headset microphones for larger events where we need to moderate in pairs. The audience came to enjoy the event and we were able to stretch each demonstration. Our obstacles also served the parkourists. Martin Šimůnek once again proved that choosing volunteers is his weak point when he chose a local athlete for the jump sideways, who drew with Vlasta in the first entry and blew him out like a candle in an athlete vs. bike duel in the second.
On Saturday, we went to the Military Forest Days in Ralsko, where it was a trial by fire... or rather water for Vlasta, Michal Budský and Nikol Kabeláčová. Rain, a flat tire at the ski lift, rain and fortunately a 20-minute window for the exhibition right at the end of the event. The guys at the Javornice Festival had to drive further, but Lukáš Valný, Ondra Nenadál and Tobík Dolák enjoyed the beautiful weather and the event and showed the locals how to jump over obstacles. Martin Šimůnek also spent his Saturday in another place near Ústí, where he had a blast at a company event.
The photos are from the house so far and hopefully something will arrive from the organizers, to whom we thank for the invitation.
